About the Director

Allison Aldrich studied music and music education at Boston University, but discovered folk and traditional music under the influence of John Langstaff, Sandy and Caroline Paton, Caroline Parrott of Songweavers, and other singers and instrumentalists. She currently teaches elementary music, plays concertina for the Harrisville Morris Women, and as half of the duo Seanma with Melanie Everard, playing music of Ireland and the British Isles. Allison lives in Keene, NH.
